Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend our Deep Clean service for all first time clients (unless you have been having your home regularly cleaned and want to try us as an alternative). It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to our Regular Clean service.

  • If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.

    If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like. 

    If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge. 

  • Monday – Friday: 8am-9pm
    Saturday: 9am-6pm
    Sunday: 9am-4pm

    Holidays will vary

  • There is no charge if you let us know 48 hours prior to your reguarly schedueld clean. Otherwise, if you let us known within the 48 hour window the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.

  • Unfortunately we do not due to liability purposes.

  • For your first clean, we encourage you to meet your cleaner to establish a great relationship and so that you can put a face to your clean. Afterwards, feel free to leave a key or entry instructions for your cleaner.

  • Yes, upon request. We will try our best to accommodate this if requested, but please remember that our cleaners have personal lives and circumstances may not allow them to clean your home in certain instances.

  • Yes and greatly appreciated! 100% of tips go to your cleaner.

  • Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved. Due to fraudulent billings in the past we’ve implemented this standard to ensure all cleanings are paid for before service. 

    If we cannot successfully capture charges prior to your booking we cannot confirm your booking and will cancel it.

  • Absolutely! We background check each cleaner and have a rigorous vetting process to ensure they are up to our standards before they join The Cleaning Company Palm Beach family.

  • While we hope this never happens, please contact us immediately so we can do an internal investigation. Unfortunately, per the terms and conditions that were agreed upon checkout, we are not liable nor will compensate for aforesaid occurrence.
